Successful communication between educators and parents is an important component of a child's life. The family and the educational institution are the two main systems that the child encounters from his early childhood, so we can conclude that parents and educators are the main actors that influence his future development. Forms of communication within such a system are constantly changing and being supplemented in order to adapt to all the needs of the participants in that process. Educators are those who are expected to constantly evaluate and improve their competences, but they also have the role of laying the foundation for equal relations within the educational institution. It is important to build relationships full of respect, understanding and tolerance in order to contribute to the development of the atmosphere and warm atmosphere within the educational community. In this way, as educators or as parents, we can focus on building the child as an individual who is ready to face all life's challenges. The theoretical part of the work includes the definition and theories of communication, elements, process and its different types, most of which we deal with verbal and non-verbal communication. We then touch on barriers and prejudices about communication so that they can highlight the development of communication skills. The main part of the theoretical part deals with pedagogical communication and partnership between educators and parents within the educational system, its forms and importance in working with preschool children and their parents. Through the empirical part of the work, we investigate the attitudes of parents about their experiences in working with educators and the professional service of a kindergarten related to the transfer of information and the preparation of children for the first grade of elementary school. For the purposes of the research, a survey questionnaire was conducted on a sample of 113 respondents.
