Abstract
Kultura komuniciranja u vrtićkim ustanovama nije jednoznačan pojam te nije jednostavno njegovo definiranje i pojašnjenje. Ističući značaj iste, želi se potaknuti usvajanje komunikacijskih vještina već od najranije dobi. Komunikacija u vrtiću ne može ne postojati i odvija se svakodnevno između odgajatelja, roditelja, djece, stručnih suradnika i ostalih djelatnika. Bez partnerskih odnosa i dobre suradnje odgojno-obrazovni sustav ne bi kvalitetno funkcionirao, što bi posebno negativno utjecalo na djecu i njihovu dobrobit. Samo dobrim komunikacijskim vještinama moguće je ostvariti suradnju i time poboljšati rad cijele odgojno-obrazovne ustanove. Sukobi u komunikaciji su neizbježni. Najbitnije je iste rješavati mirnim putem. Ljubaznost i toplina komunikaciju čine ugodnijom i poželjnijom. Budući da je naše društvo podložno promjenama, odgojitelje treba educirati kroz kreativne radionice o suvremenim metodama i pristupima u radu s djecom. U cilju poboljšanja kvalitete rada potrebno je sustavno, planski i organizirano provoditi samovrednovanje vlastite odgojno-obrazovne prakse.
Abstract (english)
The culture of communication in kindergartens is not an unambiguous concept and it is not easy to define and clarify it. Emphasizing the importance of the same, the aim is to encourage the acquisition of communication skills from an early age. Communication in the kindergarten cannot but exist and takes place on a daily basis between educators, parents, children, professional associates and other employees. Without partnerships and good cooperation, the educational system would not function well, which would have a particularly negative impact on children and their well-being. Only with good communication skills it is possible to achieve cooperation and thus improve the work of the entire educational institution. Conflicts in communication are inevitable. The most important thing is to resolve them peacefully. Kindness and warmth make communication more enjoyable and desirable. Since our society is subject to change, educators need to be educated through creative workshops on modern methods and approaches in working with children. In order to improve the quality of work, it is necessary to cary out a systemized, planned and organized self-evaluation of their own educational practice.
