Abstract
Dječja književnost predstavlja skup pisanih radova te sadrži ilustracije načinjene s razlogom kako bi zabavile mlade ljude te im dale određenu poruku. Dječja literatura uključuje širok raspon radova: klasike svjetske literature, slikovnice, bajke, basne, uspavanke i dr. Mali Princ je novela prvi puta objavljena 1943. godine, a predstavlja najpoznatije djelo francuskog pisca Antoine de Saint-Exupéryja. Mali Princ je djelo definirano kao dječja knjiga. Međutim, ona omogućuje niz zapažanja o životu i ljudskoj prirodi te time pruža pravu avanturu odrastanja. Ova priča prikladna je, kako za učenike osnovnoškolskog i srednjoškolskog obrazovanja, tako i za sveučilišne studente. Mali Princ je priča koju vole i djeca i odrasli. Glavni razlog tome je što spaja generacije naraštaja kroz svoju ljepotu i jedinstvenost te jednostavnost jezika i stila.
Abstract (english)
Children’s literature represents the body of written works and accompanying illustrations produced in order to entertain or instruct young people. Children’s literature includes a wide range of works: classics of world literature, picture books, fairy tales, fables, lullabies etc. The Little Prince is a novella, first published in 1943, the most famous work of the French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. The Little Prince is styled as a children’s book, but it makes several observations about life and human nature, it provides a real adventure of growing up. It is appropriate for students in primary and secondary education, but also for university students. The Little Prince is a story which is loved by children as well as adults. The main reason for this is because it connects generations through its beauty and simplicity of language and style.
