Abstract
Predmet ovog završnog rada bio je istražiti i analizirati koncept intergeneracijskog učenja kao i ukazati na važnost primjene istoga u suvremenom društvu i obrazovanju. Prikladno, daje se pregled neizostavnih teoretskih pojmova koji omogućuju bolje razumijevanje samog koncepta. Uspoređuje se shvaćanje i definiranje pojmova učenja i poučavanja u društveno-povijesnom kontekstu kao i uvođenje termina cjeloživotnog učenja kao nezaobilazne podloge za intergeneracijsko učenje. Također, predstavljeni su praktični primjeri programa intergeneracijskog učenja uspješno provedenih u različitim okruženjima. Kroz sve navedene aspekte, ovaj završni rad zaključuje kako intergeneracijsko učenje i obrazovanje imaju potencijal za promicanje boljeg razumijevanja i razvijanja među generacijama kao i jačanja i stvaranja inkluzivnije zajednice.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper was to explore and analyze the concept of intergenerational learning as well as emphasize the importance of its application in contemporary society and education. Accordingly, an overview of essential theoretical concepts is provided to enhance our understanding of the concept itself. It compares the understanding and definition of the terms learning and teaching within a socio-historical context, along with the introduction of the concept of lifelong learning serving as an indispensable foundation for intergenerational learning. Additionally, practical examples of successful intergenerational learning programs implemented in various settings are presented. Through all these aspects, this paper concludes that intergenerational learning and education have the potential to promote better understanding and development among generations, as well as to strengthen and create a more inclusive community.
