Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je povezanost obilježja školske klime s objašnjavanjem pozitivnog razvoja adolescenata. U teorijskom dijelu rada objašnjen je pozitivan razvoj mladih kao razvoj adolescenata i 5C model, koji je ključna sastavnica pozitivnog razvoja, sa svim svojim komponentama. Također je objašnjen i fenomen školske klime te njezin utjecaj na učenike. U svrhu pisanja ovog diplomskog rada provedeno je istraživanje na uzorku od 248 učenika splitskih srednjih škola u sklopu projekta Testiranje 5C okvira pozitivnog razvoja mladih: tradicionalna i digitalna mobilna procjena - P.R.O.T.E.C.T. Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati 5C karakteristike splitskih srednjoškolaca, njihovu dobrobit te utvrditi njihovu povezanost sa školskom klimom. Ispitana je povezanost komponenata 5C, dobrobiti, materijalnog statusa i spola.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is the correlation between the characteristics of the school climate and the explanation of the positive development of adolescents. In the theoretical part of the paper, positive youth development is explained as adolescent development and the 5C model, which is a key component of positive development, with all its components. It also explains the phenomenon of school climate and its effect on students. In order to write this thesis, a research was conducted on a sample of 248 students of Split high schools as part of the project Testing the 5C framework of positive youth development: traditional and digital mobile assessment - P.R.O.T.E.C.T. The aim of the study was to examine the 5C characteristics of Split high school students, their well-being and to determine their connection with the school climate. The correlation of the 5C components, well-being, material status and gender was examined.
