Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja je pokazati preferencije učenika s posebnim potrebama s obzirom na apstraktno i figurativno slikarstvo. Istraživanje je provedeno na osamnaest učenika u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, točnije, u jednoj osnovnoj školi i centru za odgoj i obrazovanje djece s posebnim potrebama. Od toga je devetero djece s poteškoćama u razvoju i devetero bez poteškoća u razvoju. Sudjelovali su učenici od 7 do 15 godina. Rezultati su pokazali da nema značajne razlike u preferenciji likovnih djela između skupine djece s poteškoćama u razvoju i skupine djece bez poteškoća u razvoju. Obje skupine su više preferirale figurativnu umjetnost, a pokazalo se da u skupini djece s teškoćama u razvoju nema značajne razlike u preferencijama s obzirom na spol. Osim toga, zaključili smo da učenicima s posebnim potrebama intelektualno oštećenje nije prepreka u stvaranju samostalnih likovnih radova.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study is to show the preferences of students with special needs with respect to abstract and figurative painting. The study was conducted on eighteen students in Split-Dalmatia County, more precisely, in a primary school and center for the education of children with special needs. Nine of those pupils are with developmental disabilities and nine without developmental difficulties. The participants were from 7 to 15 years old children. The results showed no significant differences in preference of art works between group of children with developmental disabilities and a group of children without developmental difficulties. Both groups favored more figurative art, and it turned out that the group of children with disabilities has no significant differences in preferences with regard to gender. In addition, we have concluded that intellectual disability is not an obstacle to the creation of independent art works.
