Attachment represents strong emotional relationship between two persons. It develops during the first year of life between a child and a parent (custodian). A parent serves to a child as a safety with whose help it explores the world and child checks parent's availability over time. Parents have an important role in the process of adaption of the child. In relation to the mother a child develops primary style of attachment which has the strongest impact on child's development. Children who are securely attached to parents are better at solving problems and have better relationships with their peers. Friendship, which we define as the most important relationship between peers, has an important role. From the friendly relationships the individual gets support and understanding. School is defined as the place of learning, education and preparation for the future. It has to be focused on the educational function. It's obligation is to enable every individual to achieve success in accordance with his capabilities. To explore the connection within attachment to the parents, friends and school, self-respect and school's success, the research has been spent, where 212 primary school age students participated. The results showed that substantial connection within parents, friends and school is determined. Attachment to the parents is just partially connected with the school's success and usually when it comes to the attachment to the mother. Self-respect is significantly, positively connected with every attachment's aspects. The female students are more likely to be more attached to school and devoted to accomplishing school' s obligations with regard to male students, as the younger students with regard to the older one.
