Kinesiological activity is innate in every human being and should be encouraged and developed on a daily basis. A child's game in which the primary component is movement is called a kinesiological game. Kinesiological games are complex and different because they connect the overall development of the child, but also the child's creativity. By playing, the child grows and develops optimally and meets his needs. Given the age of children and their developmental characteristics, the educator should select and apply appropriate kinesiological games in their work. Otherwise, improper application and lack of play in educational work can leave harmful consequences for the child. In order for educators to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in the application of kinesiological games in working with preschool children, it is necessary to educate themselves. The research found that the respondents are quite familiar with the concept of kinesiological play and its significance for the child, and that they are motivated and ready to improve their skills in this kinesiological field. However, the respondents cite the insufficient offer of education in the field of kinesiological activities and games as a problem. Also, the attitudes of the respondents are that adequate organizational and material working conditions play a certain role and create an additional incentive for conducting kinesiological games with children. However, more than 70% of respondents confirm that the management of kinesiological activities and games should not be left to trained professionals. This information gives the wind in the back for further work and research in this field of kinesiology.
