The electronic grade book is a digital application that is used by teachers for keeping records of student performance. Considering the fact that the electronic grade book is a relatively new technological innovation in the Croatian educational system, the question is whether teachers truly are satisfied with the experience of the electronic grade book use. The purpose of this research was to determine teachers' attitudes towards the use of the electronic grade book and the use of ICT for educational purposes in relation to gender, length of work experience, and the time span of the electronic grade book use. The results revealed that teachers' attitudes towards the use of the electronic grade book were highly positive while their attitudes towards the use of ICT for educational purposes were moderately positive. The only independent variable that caused a statistically significant difference in teachers' attitudes was the length of their work experience. Teachers with longer work experience had more negative attitudes towards the use of the electronic grade book and ICT for educational purposes than less experienced teachers. Gender and the time span of the electronic grade book use did not cause a statistically significant difference in teachers' attitudes. However, it should be mentioned that a considerably higher number of female participants compared to the number of male participants and a short time span of the electronic grade book use among the participants are considered to be some of the limitations of this research.
