This paper presents one of the many areas of influence of globalization, namely, the ratio of the social contract and globalization. When it is transformed into a question of what would be: whether in a globalized world possible Hobbes' Leviathan? The work is based on the concept of the social contract in history, with special reference to Hobbes's conception. Presents the basic attitudes of contract theory, in particular attitudes related to the understanding of the state as a fully sovereign territorial units. Analog Hobbes, the assumption that nation states are in a state of nature as well as individuals to Leviathan, the modern world opens up new issues because states are no longer the only actors in international relations. We have witnessed that in a globalized age, changes occur in world politics that has received new forms and actors. Primarily due to technological advances decreased world, then comes to the founding of democratic order almost everywhere in the world and to increase awareness of human rights that seek to protect new supranational organizations. It also can lead to the denationalization of capital and where the economy is paramount profits, which in turn summarized in the paradigm of neoliberal capitalism. As a logical consequence of this situation, the co-creators of world politics are no longer just a nation-state, but a different supranational military-political alliances, the global organization for the protection and human rights as well as economic organizations and corporations driven by profits. Taking into account all these facts, the question arises if you need a new social contract in the light of globalization?
