Abstract
Dijalektizmi su leksemi karakteristični za određeno geografsko područje, koji su ušli u standardni talijanski jezik zahvaljujući kontaktu među regijama te tako obogatili i učinili raznovrsnim njegov leksik. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati prisutnost riječi koje potječu iz talijanskih dijalekata, a odnose na termine talijanske kuhinje. Predstavljeni korpus sastavljen je od 228 dijalektizama preuzetih iz jednojezičnog rječnika Lo Zingarelli. Vocabolario della lingua italiana Nicole Zingarellija (2012). Dijalektizmi su podijeljeni prema semantičkim poljima, podrijetlu s obzirom na regije, vrsti riječi te tvorbi riječi.
Abstract (english)
The dialectalisms are words characteristic of a particular geographic area, which have entered the standard Italian language due to the contacts between the regions, and in that way have enriched its vocabulary and made it diverse. The aim of this paper is to analyze the presence of words originating from the Italian dialects, which are related to the terms of the Italian cuisine. The presented corpus consists of 228 words excerpted from the monolingual dictionary Lo Zingarelli. Vocabulary of the Italian language by Nicola Zingarelli (2012). The dialectalisms are classified according to semantic fields, origin, type of words and word formation.
