Abstract
Mnoga su se istraživanja bavila stavovima učitelja i nastavnika prema inkluziji djece s posebnim potrebma naglašavajući stavove kao bitnu komponentu uspješne inkluzije u suvremenom odgoju i obrazovanju .Empirijsko je istraživanje prikazano u ovom radu također ispitivalo razlike u stavovima 188 učitelja i nastavnika osnovnih škola prema inkluziji na području Republike Hrvatske s obzirom na njihov spol, radni staž, veličinu mjesta u kojem predaju te u odnosu na to rade li kao razredni ili predmetni nastavnici. Dobiveni rezultati pokazali su da ne postoje statistički značajne razlike u stavovima prema inkluziji u odnosu na spol, radni staž te radno mjesto nastavnika, ali pokazale su se razlike u stavovima s obzirom na veličinu mjesta u kojem učitelji i nastavnici rade. S obzirom na mali broj istraživanja koja proučavaju tu varijablu utjecaja na stavove učitelja i nastavnika, ovo saznanje može biti temelj za buduća istraživanja na području inkluzije.
Abstract (english)
There are many researches that are interested in attitudes of teachers toward inclusion of children with special needs emphasizing that attitudes are the essential component ofsuccessful inclusion. The empirical research presented in this paper also examines the differences in the attitudes od 188 teachers in primary schools towards inclusion in the Republic of Croatia regarding gender and working experience of teachers, the size of the place where they are working and regarding whether they are working as class or subject teachers. The results showed that there no statistically significant difference in attitudes towards inclusion in relation to gender, work experince and working place of teachers, but differences in attitudes were shown regarding size oft the place where teachers are working. Given the small number of researches studying this variable of influence on attitudes of teachers, this results could be a good foundation for future researches in inlusion studies.
