Abstract
U prvom dijelu rada objašnjen je pojam hiperaktivnosti i poremećaja paţnje te je opisana povijest poremećaja, klasifikacija i simptomatologija, potom je navedeno i što nije ADHD. U drugom poglavlju bavili smo se kliničkom slikom ADHD poremećaja te smo opisali smetnje koje poremećaj uzrokuje na području motorike, paţnje, percepcije, emocionalno – socijalnom području, govornom području te u odnosu s okolinom. Nadalje opisali smo karakteristike djece s poremećajem paţnje, s izraţenom hiperaktivnosti te s izraţenom impulzivnosti. U trećem poglavlju bavili smo se etiologijom poremećaja koja je nepoznata i opisali smo organske, genetske i psihosocijalne teorije. U četvrtom dijelu opisali smo terapijske pristupe te kako se poremećaj moţe liječiti hranom, dijetom i vjeţbanjem. U zadnjem dijelu opisana je inkluzija djece s hiperaktivnosti i poremećajem paţnje koju je moguće ostvariti uz puno suradnje, tolerancije i neosuĎivanja svi koji su uključeni u odgoj i obrazovanje takve djece.
Abstract (english)
The first part of the paper explains the concept of hypersensitivity and disturbances of attention, describing the history of disorders, classification and symptomatology, and then what is not ADHD. In the second chapter we discussed a clinical picture of ADHD disorders and described the disturbances caused by the disorder in the area of the motor, attention, perception, emotional - social, speech area and environment. Furthermore, we have described the features of children with attention disorder, with expressed hyperactivity and with pronounced impulsiveness. In the third chapter we discussed a etiology disorder that is unknown and described the organic, genetic and psychosocial theories. In the fourth part we have described the therapeutic aspects and how the disorder can be treated with food, diet and exercise. In the last section, we explained the inclusion of children with hyperactivity and disturbances of attention that can be achieved with the full cooperation, tolerance and noncompliance of all those involved in the education and education of such children.
