Abstract
Motivacija je sastavni dio čovjekova ţivota te ima ključnu ulogu u ţivotu studenta jer utječe na njegovu uključenost i zadovoljstvo studijem. Vaţno je znati kako su studenti motivirani kako bi im se moglo pomoći da budu zadovoljniji studijem. Zbog toga se i javila potreba za ovim istraţivanjem čiji je cilj bio prikazati stavove studenata te njihovo zadovoljstvo i uključenost u nastavu, kao i odgovornost prema studiranju. Provedeno je istraţivanje bilo kvalitativno, i napravljeno putem fokus grupa. Dobiveni rezultati pokazuju vaţnost motivacije i odgovornosti u cjelokupnome procesu obrazovanja. Daljnja istraţivanja trebala bi se usmjeriti na ova pitanja i pokušati doći do detaljnijih podataka čime bi se doprinijelo kvaliteti obrazovanja.
Abstract (english)
Motivation is the constituent part of the human life and has a key role in student's life because of its effect on his involvement and satisfaction with studying. It is important to know how the students are motivated and how to help them become more satisfied with studying and university. Therefore, the idea for this particular study was created with an intent of investigating opinions, satisfaction and involvement of students. This research is qualitative and is conducted through focus groups. Results of the research emphasize the importance of motivation and accountability in the overall eduaction process. Further research should aim to answer this questions with the intention to collect more detailed information which would certainly improve the quality of education.
