Abstract
Komunikacija je dinamičan, promjenjiv i složen proces. Ona je jedna od temeljnih vještina stoga sama po sebi ima značajan utjecaj na kvalitetu odnosa unutar odgojno-obrazovne ustanove. Razvojem digitalnih tehnologija mijenjaju se i načini prenošenja informacija koji omogućuju jednostavniju, učestaliju i bržu razmjenu informacija. Od odgojitelja i roditelja, stoga se očekuje razvoj novih komunikacijskih vještina i potreba za usavršavanjem istih, ali i primjenom novih načina rada. Kako bi djeci osigurali što bolji i kvalitetniji razvoj, bitno je uspostaviti suradničke odnose između odgojitelja i roditelja. Istovremeno, trebali bi težiti razvoju partnerstva koji od obiju strana zahtijeva razumijevanje, toleranciju, otvorenost kako bi doprinijeli zajedničkom cilju i interesu, a to je utjecaj na djetetov cjelokupni razvoj. U ovome radu cilj je bio istražiti mišljenja odgojitelja o njihovom o vlastitim komunikacijskom kompetencijama, mišljenje o iskustvu i kvaliteti komunikacije u odgojno-obrazovnoj ustanovi te ispitati koje oblike komunikacije najčešće koriste za suradnju s roditeljima.
Abstract (english)
Communication is a dynamic, changing and complex process. It is one of the fundamental skills and has a significant impact on the quality of relationships within educational institutions. With the development of digital technologies, the ways of transmitting information are also changing, enabling simpler, more frequent and faster information exchange. Therefore, educators and parents are expected to develop new communication skills and the need for improving them, as well as applying new methods of work. To ensure the best possible and highest quality development for children, it is crucial to establish collaborative relationships between educators and parents. At the same time, they should strive to develop a partnership that requires understanding, tolerance and openness from both sides in order to contribute to the common goal and interest which is the overall development of the child.The aim of this paper was to investigate educators opinions about their own communication competencies, their views on the experience and quality of communication in the educational institution and to examine which forms of communication they most frequently use for cooperation with parents.
