Abstract
Nalazimo se u modernom društvu i težimo suvremenoj nastavi koja će od učenika stvoriti ličnost spremnu nositi se sa zahtjevima tog društva. Tradicionalna nastava je iza nas, ali ne i tradicija. Dio naše tradicije je i narodna glazba. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti glazbene preferencije učenika prema narodnoj glazbi te utjecaj spola na navedene preferencije. Rezultati potvrđuju kako ne postoje značajne razlike u preferenciji te kako učenici i učenice podjednako preferiraju narodnu glazbu. Nema isticanja ni u negativnom ni u pozitivnom smjeru.
Abstract (english)
We live in a modern society and our goal is a contemporary way of teaching which will make the pupils ready for daily challenges that this society brings. Traditional way of teaching is behind us, but tradition itself is not. A part of our tradition is also folk music. In this paper I will find out music preferences of pupils towards folk music and how gender influences on those preferences. The results confirm that there are no major differences in preferences and that both female and male pupils like folk music equally. There is no emphasis on neither of the groups either in positive or negative direction.
