Abstract
Kvalitetna komunikacija preduvjet je kvalitetnog partnerstva i vaţno je da je ona dvosmjerna. Sveprisutna digitalna tehnologija i alati za komunikaciju postali su dostupni i pomogli odgajateljima u razmjeni informacija u izazovnom vremenu pandemije, u kojemu se cijeli svijet trebao prilagoditi novim pravilima ponašanja. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je istraţiti stavove odgajatelja o samoprocjeni digitalnih kompetencija, naĉinima komunikacije i partnerstvu s roditeljima u epidemiološki ograniĉenim uvjetima. U istraţivanju je sudjelovalo 145 odgajatelja. Zakljuĉak je da se odgajatelji vrlo visoko samoprocjenjuju u posjedovanju vještina za digitalnu korespondenciju s roditeljima i smatraju se kompetentnima za korištenje digitalnih tehnologija te su zadovoljni komunikacijom u pandemiji COVID 19. Partnerstvo s roditeljima je narušeno jer su epidemiološke mjere ograniĉavale zadrţavanja roditelja u ustanovi. Suradnja s vanjskim ustanovama i širom zajednicom takoĊer je bila ograniĉena što je sigurno utjecalo na kvalitetu odgojno-obrazovnog procesa.
Abstract (english)
Quality communication ensures a quality partnership, and it is important that it is twoway. Ubiquitous digital technology and communication tools have become available and helped educators to share information in the challenging time of the pandemic, in which the whole world had to adapt to the new rules of behaviour. The aim of this thesis was to investigate the views of educators on self-assessment of digital competences, ways of communication and partnership with parents in epidemiologically limited conditions. 145 educators participated in the research. The conclusion presents that educators self-assess very highly their skills in digital correspondence with parents and considered themselves competent in the use of digital technologies and are satisfied with communication during the SARS-CoV-19 pandemic. The partnership with parents eroded because epidemiological measures limited the parents' stay within the institution. Cooperation with external institutions and the wider community was also limited, which certainly affected the quality of the educational process.
