Abstract
Svrha je ovoga rada teorijski obraditi i istraživanjima dokazati neminovnu važnost stvaranja pozitivnoga ozračja u odgojno-obrazovnim ustanovama, od vrtićke dobi pa sve do obrazovanja odraslih. Naime, tek se posljednjih desetljeća u sustavu formalnog odgoja i obrazovanja značajnija pažnja posvećuje promoviranju pozitivnoga ozračja te je od tada ozračje jedan od glavnih elemenata prilikom izgradnje kurikuluma. Čimbenici koji najviše određuju kakvo će ozračje vladati u odgojno-obrazovnim ustanovama su kvalitetna komunikacija, osjećaj slobode i jednakosti, razina prihvaćenosti sudionika, odabir stila vođenja nastave te odabir aktivnosti. Brojim je istraživanjima, koja su prikazana u radu, dokazana važnost stvaranja i održavanja pozitivnoga ozračja unutar odgojno-obrazovnih ustanova. Naime, dokazano je da su učenici više motivirani te da ostvaruju bolje rezultate, također, pokazuju veću razinu samopoštovanja i veću emocionalnu zrelost, uspješniji su u izgradnji sigurnih socijalnih odnosa kao i u održavanju kvalitetne komunikacije. Osim za učenike, vladajuće pozitivno ozračje utječe i na nastavnike tako što su više motivirani za rad i napredak, imaju veću razinu samopoštovanja, ne nailaze na otpor prema radu te imaju izgrađene kvalitetne odnose s učenicima.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to theoretically process and prove, using research, the undeniable importance of creating a positive enviroment in upbringing-educational institutions, starting from pre-school age all the way to adult education. The importance of promoting a positive enviroment is recognized only in the last few years and since then the enviroment is one of the main aspects in creating a schools curriculum. Factors that mostly determine the effective enviroment inside the upbringing-educational institutions are effective communication, sense of freedom and equality, the level of acceptance of participants, teaching choices and activity choices. By numerous researches, used in the paper, the importance of creating and maintaining a positive enviroment in upbringing-educational institution is proven. It is also proven, that disciples are more motivated and achieve better results, as well as show more confidence and better emotional maturity and are better in building safe relations and maintaining good communication. Apart from the students, the positive enviroment effects the teachers by making them more motivated for work and advance, they show more cofidence and they meet less restistance towards work and have better relations with their students.
