Abstract
Ples je tijekom povijesti imao ključnu ulogu u ritualima ozdravljenja raznih primitivnih kultura širom svijeta. Terapija plesom i pokretom koristi terapijske aspekte plesa i kretanja u svrhu kreativnog izražavanja, teži k emocionalnoj, tjelesnoj, kognitivnoj i socijalnoj harmoniji pojedinaca. Ovaj oblik rekreacije ne samo da pozitivno utječe na fizičku dobrobit, već također pridonosi u umanjenju stresa, što je ključno s obzirom na to da stres može biti temelj brojnih zdravstvenih problema. Terapija plesom i pokretom, iako primarno smatrana pristupom unutar psihoterapije, nudi specijalizirane metode liječenja za različite zdravstvene izazove i poteškoće.
Abstract (english)
Dance has historically played a pivotal role in healing rituals of various primitive cultures around the world. Dance and movement therapy utilizes the therapeutic aspects of dance and movement for creative expression, aiming for the emotional, physical, cognitive and social harmony of individuals. This form of recreation not only positively impacts physical well-being but is also instrumental in reducing stress, which is crucial considering that stress can be the foundation of numerous health issues. Dance and movement therapy, while primarily considered a psychotherapeutic approach, offers specialized methods of treatment for a wide range of health challenges and difficulties.
